Singles Play Ping Pong Tournament

Rules:

• Open only to Henderson High School Seniors.

• All pre-registered After Prom students may participate in this tournament. 

• Registration deadline is May 1st.

• Sixteen (16) teams will be accepted on a first-com, first serve basis.

• Each team must have 2 players.

• Registration forms must include the name for your team and the name of your teammate. (The name of your team must be appropriate, or you will be asked for another name.)

• The Team Representative should submit the registration form and will be notified if they have been accepted by May 4th.

• The Team Representative will be notified of the start time of the first game.

• The Team Representative will receive text messages a few minutes prior to the start of their next games so that they can gather their teammate.

• Team members may leave the gym to do other activities when their team is not playing. If a player is not back in time for a game, the team may sub someone in, but the sub must fit the needs of the team.

• The tournament will start at 2:30 AM and run until approximately 4:00 AM.

• The length of each game will be 14 minutes. The team with the most points at the end of 14 minutes

• Play times and rules will be posted at the After Prom Party. Teams are responsible to check their times.

• This is a single elimination tournament.

• Feel free to make and wear team shirts.
