GENERAL ATTENDANCE & GUESTS

1. All HHS Seniors are invited to attend the After Prom Party.

2. HHS Seniors do not need to attend Prom to attend the Senior After Prom Party.

3. HHS Seniors may bring a guest to the After Prom Party – even if you did not attend Prom.

   • The After Prom Party guest must be the same person you brought to Prom. If you attended Prom with a date, you may not bring a different guest to After Prom.

4. Guests must be pre-registered (see below), arrive with their HHS Senior, and leave with their HHS Senior. Each HHS Senior is responsible for their Guest’s behavior.

5. Admission is between 12:00 AM and 1:15 AM. Please bring a student ID/driver's license or have a photo of your ID on your phone.

6. Parents will receive a phone call for any HHS student registered for the After Prom Party who does not arrive at the event by 1:15 AM.

7. NO ONE will be admitted after 1:15 AM, and NO ONE may leave before 2:30 AM.

8. If the HHS Senior and/or Guest wishes to leave the After Prom Party after 2:30 AM, they must have a signed Permission to Leave Early Form completed by their Parent/Guardian regardless of age on file. The HHS Senior and/or Guest must SIGN OUT prior to leaving the event. You cannot RE-ENTER the After Prom Party and must leave the Henderson High School premises.

 

DRESS CODE

1. Dress is casual. Shorts are suggested, and pockets are helpful. Please change before arriving at the After Prom Party. 

 

COSTS & REGISTRATION

1. There is no fee for the HHS Senior or their Prom Date to attend the After Prom Party.

2. If the HHS Senior did not attend Prom but would like to bring a guest to the After Prom Party, there is a $50 fee.

3. All HHS Seniors must submit a completed After Prom Party Registration Form NO LATER than Friday, May 1. Forms must be signed and completed by your Parent/Guardian. The After Prom Party Registration Form can be found on our website www.wchendersonafterprom.com/register.

4. All Guests must submit a HARD COPY After Prom Party Registration Form which can be found in the HHS Counseling office. Form must be completed and signed by the Guest’s Parent/Guardian. Form must also be signed by the Guest’s School Administrator. Forms must be returned no later than Friday, May 1. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

GENERAL RULES & CONDUCT

1. All bags must be checked at the door. No duffel or gym bags, backpacks, purses, or any other bags will be allowed into the party. We recommend bringing a clear stadium bag if you need to bring a bag to be checked.

2. No smoking, drinking, or drugs will be tolerated. The Henderson Discipline Policy and Procedures will always be in effect. School officials reserve the right to breathalyze participants upon arrival, during the After Prom Party, or after the After Prom Party if they have a reasonable suspicion of alcohol use.

3. Prize giveaway will begin at approximately 5:00 am. Winners must be present at the time of the drawing. No student may claim a gift won by another student. All prizes will be won by HHS Seniors ONLY.
